Small size but with lot of features, Avanti has introduced a new over the range microwave oven – Avanti MOTR13D3S. Here is a brief Avanti MOTR13D3S Review.
The stainless steel finished microwave oven has a beautiful over the range design. With an interior capacity of 1.3 Cu.Ft, the Avanti MOTR13D3S microwave oven perfectly does all the functions of a normal oven.
The cooking power of the microwave is 1000 watts with 10 power levels. The Avanti MOTR13D3S microwave oven is provided with 4 automatic cook functions – Sensor Cook, Popcorn, Defrost By Weight and Reheat. During cooking process the time and power settings programs can be checked in between with the status recall feature.
Sensor Cook function can be used to cook various items like frozen vegetables/dinner/breakfast, ground meat, fresh vegetables, potato and white rice. In this mode, the oven senses the moisture level of the food item to be cooked and sets the suitable cooking time automatically.
The Defrost function in the Avanti MOTR13D3S microwave oven automatically defrost selected food items like fish, bread, poultry and meat by its weight. In popcorn function, based on the size of the bag the microwave pops the popcorn. Another function Reheat in the microwave oven sets the heating time automatically. The heating time of the food item is calculated either by sensing the moisture level or by the quantity of food.
Avanti MOTR13D3S microwave oven also provides other features like rotating turntable, Kitchen Timer, Child Safety Lock, Surface Light, Selectable Vent Speed (High / Low) and Left Door Swing. The oven also has 12-hour clock. Along with interior lighting, in order to illuminate the cooking surface from below the microwave oven, LED surface lighting is included, which can be toggled between high, low and off.
The Vent Fan in the Avanti MOTR13D3S microwave oven with selectable speed helps in exhausting heat and steam from the cooking surface. For interior exhaust a recirculating kit is provided. For cleaning the microwave oven or to avoid turning on/changing settings the microwave accidentally, the Avanti MOTR13D3S has provided Child Lock feature to lock the microwave control panel.
Although small in size with a dimension of 17″ H x 24″ W x 16.5″ D, the Avanti MOTR13D3S microwave oven has various features and functions as a normal microwave thereby suiting as a perfect addition for your kitchen.
